Days on market refers to how long a property typically takes to sell, and months of inventory indicates how long it would take to sell all available homes at the current pace.
Right now, Clairemont is a competitive market with low inventory, meaning there is strong demand for homes. Both three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom condos have seen price increases over the past year.
As of recent data, three-bedroom homes in Clairemont average around $1 million, with a median price just under that. They typically spend about 30 days on the market, with around 1.8 months of inventory.
