This property has a wraparound yard and sits in a quiet neighborhood with a school located right across the street. You can hear kids playing during the day, but the area is still very peaceful.

South Park sits just south of Balboa Park, which is actually how the neighborhood got its name. North Park sits north of Balboa Park.

There are also tons of restaurants, boutiques, and shops along 30th Street, making this area extremely walkable. Living here means you can walk to dining, entertainment, and shopping within minutes.

Home Tour in South Park San Diego

Inside the home, you’ll find a washer and dryer hookup area. While the listing states the home is 640 square feet, it actually feels much larger.

The windows create an open and spacious feeling, and it’s possible there may be additional square footage that isn’t permitted but still adds usable space.

The home has been fully updated and includes modern finishes throughout.

Outside, the wraparound yard adds extra space for outdoor living.

The property is listed at approximately $949,000, with a price per square foot around $1,482. Although the official listing says 640 square feet, it feels closer to 900 or even 1,000 square feet.

The home also includes a driveway with room for at least two cars and two separate entrances into the house.
