Right now I’m standing outside Model 3031, which is a two-story home featuring five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a loft, and a three-car garage.

This model was priced around $1.1 million, but it is currently sold out. There is a waiting list that’s about a year long with approximately 60 people already waiting.

One of the best features of buying a KB Home property is the ability to customize your upgrades. This particular model includes around $100,000 in upgrades, and buyers can visit the KB Home Design Center to select finishes and upgrades that match their dream home vision.

KB Home also offers incentives if you use their in-house financing. One example is a rate buy-down program, and they can also lock your interest rate for up to six months after securing your home.

One-Story Model Home at Dixon Trail

Next, we’re looking at the one-story model home, which features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two- to three-car garage.

This floor plan also includes an optional flex room, which can be used as a home office, gym, or additional living space.

At the moment, this particular model is also sold out for the next two months.

The flex room upgrade increases the price by approximately $75,000 compared to similar models that include three to four bedrooms but do not have the flex room option.

Those alternative one-story floor plans include Plan 2058 and Plan 2381, which range from about 2,058 to 2,381 square feet. These homes are currently available and priced between $979,900 and approximately $1.2 million.

If you like this floor plan but don’t need the flex room, those options could be a great opportunity to purchase in this community.
