This home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and it definitely doesn’t hold back when it comes to style and space. The lot sizes here range from about 8,000 to 8,900 square feet, and some lots are as large as 12,000 square feet.

Inside, the main floor features a downstairs bedroom with a full bath—perfect for guests or a home office. The spacious open living concept flows beautifully into a gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs you’ll find a loft and oversized walk-in closets in every bedroom. The primary suite absolutely screams luxury.

Because the home is still under construction, buyers have the opportunity to choose their own flooring and countertops.

This property could be completed very quickly—sometimes within a couple of weeks depending on the stage of construction. The upstairs layout also includes a loft area and laundry room.

Unlike the previous home, the secondary bedrooms here do not include walk-in closets, only the primary suite does.
